ACEX, Asociación de Empresas de Conservación y Explotación de Infraestructuras, defiende un modelo de conservación basado en una gestión pública de la explotación de la carretera, para lo que reclama que, vía presupuestaria, se destine a la conservación la cuantía necesaria para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema de transportes, que en conservación de carreteras
Uno de cada 13 kilómetros de la red de carreteras españolas presenta deterioros relevantes en más del 50% de la superficie del pavimento, al acumular baches, roderas y grietas longitudinales y transversales, lo que supone cerca de 6.800 kilómetros y para los cuales es aconsejable reducir el límite de velocidad entre 10 y 20 km/h.
Hemos sabido recientemente que se ha resuelto la impugnación presentada por el CITOPIC a las plazas de jefe de planta de EDAR y ETAP en aguas del Huesna y a las que no teníamos acceso. Segun dicta la sentencia se paraliza el proceso y se volverán a sacar estas plazas con acceso para los ITOP
